Poway Invitational Field Tournament was held on Saturday, October 14, 2006 at Poway High School.
This is one of the longest distance day-travel to the tournament, but the B&G Brigate performed magnificiently, practically sweeping all awards in its division (1A). In fact, they looked bigger, sounded louder and marched more smootly than any 2A or most of the 3A band performed in the show. As usual, supported by the largest group of parents boosters of any school present.
It was a long day for the kids, but was well worth it. It was the tremendous moral booster for the band.
